System build
Most owners already paid for software that never got set up right. I build the system around how your business really works, then we meet every week to work through it together until it sticks.
Most clients start with sales and marketing. Once that runs, the same approach can take over the rest of the business, so everything lives in one place instead of ten disconnected tools.
Example: for a design-build firm, I'm building their company operating system week by week: income planning tied to project milestones, a tracker for improvement projects, and a training portal for staff.
We keep one shared list of what's next. Every week we meet, go through it, and move it forward: what got built, what's stuck, what the numbers say. You always know where things stand, and nothing gets lost between meetings.
The sessions continue until the system is built and your team uses it every day without me chasing it.
It's the best start, since it tells us what to build first. The fee counts toward your first month.
The one that fits. Often that's the one you already pay for, set up properly.
Usually it was set up for features, not for how they work, and nobody checks it. We fix both: a simpler setup and a weekly review that keeps it used.
